About The Academy
Yarrabilba Basketballs International Academy.
Small group classes, limited to 5 per class, with a focus on developing skills needed to play basketball at the High School and Collegiate level.
Working with Coach Luke (QSL, U18’s & U16’s Yowies Coach) & Coach Thomas (QSL, U16’s, U14’s, U12’s Yowies Rep Coach).
Planning has begun for two trips to the US, and one trip to Singapore for 2024. This Academy aims to have players ready for the international style of play, and gain exposure to international playing opportunities.

Participants will work through the following.
- Ball Handling
- Shooting
- Defensive Containment (On-Ball & Post)
- Physicality
- Decision making
- Attacking Moves
- Finishing
- Fitness
Cost & Inclusions
- $35 per session (Bought in blocks of 8-10)
- Each session lasts for 1 hour
- Small class sizes, limited to 5 per session
- First block will include a reversible training singlet
- Preference for international trip registration
